    IMPORTANT NOTICE: As part of our Immigration Reform Exercise, a Service Centre is now open at the Embassy.Services offered include Internet Caffe' Services, Printing and Photocopying of documents.

    APPLICANTS REQUESTING POSTAL SERVICES (VISA APPLICANTS AND BRITISH PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY) MUST PROVIDE:

    1. TWO (2) PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPES ( One addressed to the Nigeria High Commission, Immigration Section 9 Northumberland Avenue, London. WC2N 5BX.)

      The second PREPAID Special delivery envelope must be self addressed to the applicants (This will be used to send back your processed application)

      FOR ALL POSTAL APPLICATION ENQUIRIES, PLEASE CALL 0207 839 1244 EXT.267
    2. THE APPLICANT MUST PUT INSIDE THE FIRST PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPE THE FOLLOWING:
      1. A completed application form;
      2. A prove of payment i.e. order confirmation and payment confirmation OR Postal order payment;
      3. Nigerian Passport (for Nigerian services) or British Passport (for visa applicants) and other relevant documentations as indicated by the requirement for the service requested;
      4. The self addressed PREPAID special delivery envelope.
    3. POST THE FIRST PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPE TO: Nigeria High Commission, Nigeria House, Immigration Section, 9 Northumberland Avenue. London. WC2N 5BX.

      PLEASE TAKE NOTE: POSTAL APPLICATION SERVICES REQUIRE AT LEAST 7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS (after delivery at the Nigeria High Commission)

    Opening Hours for Consular Services: Monday - Friday, 10am - 12noon. Note that the High Commission is closed for both Nigeria and UK holidays. Update on the site for the dates.
