    APPLICANTS REQUESTING POSTAL SERVICES (VISA APPLICANTS AND BRITISH PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY) MUST PROVIDE:

    1. TWO (2) PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPES ( One addressed to the Nigeria High Commission, Immigration Section 9 Northumberland Avenue, London. WC2N 5BX.)

      The second PREPAID Special delivery envelope must be self addressed to the applicants (This will be used to send back your processed application)

    2. THE APPLICANT MUST PUT INSIDE THE FIRST PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPE THE FOLLOWING:
      1. A completed application form;
      2. A prove of payment i.e. order confirmation and payment confirmation OR Postal order payment;
      3. Nigerian Passport (for Nigerian services) or British Passport (for visa applicants) and other relevant documentations as indicated by the requirement for the service requested;
      4. The self addressed PREPAID special delivery envelope.
    3. POST THE FIRST PREPAID SPECIAL DELIVERY ENVELOPE TO: Nigeria High Commission, Nigeria House, Immigration Section, 9 Northumberland Avenue. London. WC2N 5BX.

    • The correct amount should be attached to the application form and handed over to the cashier who will then issue a receipt which is to be retained by the applicant.
    • Thereafter, applicants should move on to the Passport or Visa counter to hand in their application.
    • A collection receipt will be issued to the applicants at this point. Applicants are advised to retain this receipt and quote it in all communication with the Passport Section or Visa Section
