to download Passport Application Form:

4 . In the first column of the Passport table and under

5 . Follow the line toward your right, under the caption
"Download Form" Click download. (The process will

to download Visa Application Form:

How
to make Online Payment
1
. Following the above, Choose the type of Service you require
or
2. By the left of the table, and under the caption
"On-Line Payment" Choose and click on the type
of Service you require.
3. Click on the basket in front of the ammount corresponding
to the chosen service.
4. On the top right hand corner, Click on the button
"Check Out"
5. If you have used this service before, type
in your full email address, and select I am a returning
user, otherwise
select I am a new user and proceed
to register your details.
6 . Follow the online instructions.
Attention: After completing
the payment process, two emails will be sent to you, one
confirming your order, the other
confirming the result of
your payment. Please attach both to your application form.
