    SPECIAL PASSPORT INTERVENTION EXERCISE – DECEMBER 2025.

              This to inform members of the Nigerian community in the United Kingdom that the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), in collaboration with the Nigeria High Commission, London will conduct A Special Passport Intervention Exercise in the following cities:

    1. Birmingham 3-5 December 2025
    2. Manchester 3-5 December 2025
    3. Cardiff 6-8 December 2025
    4. Glasgow 6-8 December 2025
    5. Aberdeen 9-11 December 2025
    6. Swansea 9-11 December 2025

    All applicants attending the exercise are REQUIRED to come with the following:

    1. Vetted Passport Application Form
    2. Printout of Appointment Slip
    3. Old Passport Booklet (mandatory for all reissues, renewals, or change of data. For LOST PASSPORT A POSTAL ORDER OF £150 payable to the Nigeria High Commission is required)
    4. A Prepared Royal Mail C4 special delivery self-addressed envelope (for return of the processed passport)
    5. £40 Postal order payable to the Nigeria High Commission

    PLEASE NOTE:

              Any applicant who has already applied for passport and has any appointment date may attend the intervention exercise at any of the listed cities.
